Lincoln North Dakota Basement Flooding (unofficial).

The main part of this web site has to be the Blog!  That is where you can weigh in and chat on this issue with each other.

Minor flange change caused major headaches when ground water came up. Storage room wall had mold in the drywall. Switched out the original Sump Pump Ross put in two years back.

This flood experience has has been ongoing for me since the 1st of January, 1995 when I purchased a house that was located on a dry lake bed.  I have noticed some patterns in the past years and as result of that I have started to pay attention to details about the climate in as well as the terrain we live on. This information is to help you understand life in Lincoln with a full basement in the lower elevation areas.  My hope is that we can share in the journey and everyone can learn going forward.

This is a dream rig! I love it.These are my personal observations.  If others wish to contribute their observations please contact me.

The water always comes first, and no I am not selling anything.
